This policy describes how Mellouk Beauty collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use mellouk-beauty.com.br, our contact forms, the AI-powered hair/skin analyzer, optional messaging channels (such as WhatsApp), and related services.
Scope and lawful bases
Processing is grounded in Brazilian law (LGPD), including performance of requested services (e.g. appointments, demos), legitimate interest in securing and improving the website, consent where requested (e.g. marketing opt-ins), and compliance with legal obligations.
Information we may collect
- Website and forms: name, email, phone, message content, and technical data (IP address, browser type, approximate region) from server logs and security tools.
- AI beauty analyzer: images you upload are sent to our backend and processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate the on-screen analysis. We do not use those images to train public models. Retention is minimal; do not upload photos of third parties without their consent.
- Messaging (e.g. WhatsApp): messages and phone numbers needed to respond to your requests and manage appointments.
- Cookies and ads: our site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, analytics, or advertising as described in our affiliate and advertising disclosure.
How we use information
We use data to respond to inquiries, provide salon services and demos, operate and secure the website, improve user experience, comply with law, and — where you have agreed — send relevant communications.
TikTok data
We use TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to publish Mellouk Beauty’s own content to our TikTok account. If you connect a TikTok account, we receive only the data you authorize through TikTok, which may include your display name, avatar, open ID, and permission to upload or publish videos to that account. We use this data only to provide the TikTok features you requested. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We keep access tokens only while the account stays connected and delete the related data within 30 days after you disconnect or ask us to. You can revoke access at any time in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services) or request deletion at beauty@mellouk-beauty.com.br.
Sharing and international transfers
We may use trusted processors (hosting, email, AI APIs, analytics, advertising networks) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process data outside Brazil; we adopt measures consistent with LGPD for such transfers.
Your rights (LGPD)
